Musician, Home Studio, Composer, Indy Music Fan. I gravitate to songs with mysterious and spooky sounds, and sometimes dark themes. Some song content is about far away lands or a tumultuous world. Writing lyrics and singing is not my forte. Lately, playing the Moog and OB-6 synths are the most fun with the arpeggiator slaving off the clock of the Cubase DAW.
Home studio setup is a Cubase DAW that runs on a Macbook Pro connected to a Presonus Firepod (8-port XLR/TS) and out to 2 ElectroVoice 12" powered speakers. Plugged into the Firepod is a Sterling condenser mic is used for vocals and the 12-string. Instruments played are Moog Subsequent37, Sequential OB-6, 12-String Alvarez, Gibson Les Paul, and a Steinway & Sons baby grand. IPad Cubasis is used to record the piano, then mixed into the desktop Cubase project.
