Eclectic but primary genres are alternative to psych rock, hip / trip hop, funk soul dance-punk, proto to post-punk, classics; Beatles to James Brown, Bowie to Bolan, Dre , Outkast, Art-rock Radiohead to Portishead... from Aphex to Zombies. I cut my teeth in the LA and NY underground post-punk scenes with Deadbeats, James Chance etc sharpened them in London from a TV house band (Bowie, Iggy, Morrissey, Costello guys and A-list guests) to decades as Strangler Hugh Cornwells bassist and many cool projects (see above) with serious artists and producers in great studios (Air to Ocean Way), toured on 5 continents from rock dives to Live 8.
