Recording Setup

Studio setup: Steinberg UR44, into Ardour DAW
Guitars: Ozark resonator, Epiphone Aj100. Vintage VS6, Fender Telecaster. For electric guitars, I have a selection of preamp pedals which allow me to quickly dial in a wide range of tones to suit your track.
Bass: Gibson Thunderbird, Schecter Model T (Precision-style bass), Fender Tony Franklin Fretless, Shuker Custom 5-string Fretless, Hagstrom HB8 8-string bass. I have an Ashdown LB-30 valve amp, and will always take a dry DI signal in a separate track for you to use as you see fit.
Keys: Kawai DP120 digital piano; Casio CTK601 for synths, pads and MIDI
Vocals: my preferred mic is a Shure PGA181 condenser

Session Work

Remote recording: $100 per instrument, per track (guitar, slide guitar, bass, keys, vocals)
I've been recording since 2011, mostly working with rock and blues artists, but I've also done sessions with jazz groups, hip-hop artists, and plenty of other genres. Since 2017, I've been set up for remote recording and am constantly looking to improve my home studio setup and skills to offer you the highest quality tracks for your project.
Other services:
Mixing: $150 per track
Songwriting/composition/lyrics: from $50 - message me to discuss
