Vocalist, Multi-Instrumental-Musician, Producer, Audio Engineer, Home Studio, Songwriter, Composer, Lyricist, Publisher, I do wear many hats. And with more years experience than they'll let me publish. Now with well over 40 years of experience on pedal steel, I've still been playing guitars twenty years longer than that. I've won awards for songwriting and lead vocals however in this key I'm really looking for other musicians who are writers / business people who have written music and would like to make it really fat by adding pedal steel, violin or guitar work and then publishing it.
Pedal Steel Guitar: I can produce music with Pedal Steel using an E9 Nashville type of sound or C6 swing. I produce lots of music that's pop or even jazz on this instrument. From a back up sound like Pink Floyd's Dark side of the Moon, to jazz or a full on "Your Cheating Heart" Country, quick arpeggios or smooth glissando's there is only one instrument that can give the real sound of a pedal steel guitar and I have mastered it.
6 String Guitar: As a lead / rhythm guitarist I can play classical styles like Hendrix blues or the clean articulate styles of Chet Atkins. Jazz on the nylon stringed instrument as Earl Klugh is a big passion of mine.
Electric Bass: As a bassist I started with this instrument in the late 60s. I have backed up many a band and will continue with it until I leave this world. I am a bottom end, setting the percussion type bass player but with an occasional fill like a butterfly to the flowers flirt, all with the mantra of playing it simple, refuting busy. It might be interesting for a person who knows the instrument a bit to know that bass was my real "first" instrument.
Recording: I have been in many a live band and doing recording engineering since well before digital was ever dreamed of. I have an Associates in Electronics and much carpentry experience. I've used that knowledge repeatedly in studio and speaker building and understanding of the signal in acoustic and direct platforms. Quality is the name of the game here and I have a good arsenal of compressor / limiters, effects, instruments to completely fill out your creation.

I own a studio with MOTO DP and Mac systems A to D converters, compressors / limiters/ effects, mics plus with about 20 years experience in the newer digital age and years prior to that with analog. I have a full line up of Pedal steels, Strat, Gibson Hum bucking, ES-347, fretted and fret-less electric bass ,drum set, XK-2 and B3, classical and acoustic guitars, and effects plus years of practice to use all of these instruments.
