I'm James; originally from the Los Angeles area (Glendale).

I've been teaching ESL (K-12) in Bangkok, Thailand since 1996.

My wife is Filipino. We met in Thailand and married in 1998. We have 3 kids; born in 2000, 2003, 2004.

Songwriting has been a passion since my early teenage years.

I took a bit of a break from songwriting for the last few years to finish an Ed.D. in TESOL, but I am ready to write more songs now.
