I've heard a handful of various B3 plugins, but the best sounding B3 emulation to me is the GSi VB3. http://www.genuinesoundware.com/?a=showproduct&b=24

Anyone else have a preference?

I was looking for this kinda stuff last year at one point. Didn't really come across much that sounded that good. But this sounds pretty nice.

I like the native instruments one, Reggie Bouffard who played B3's in the 70's said it was the most authentic he'd used

That certainly sounds like Reggie, he is definitely religious when it comes to B3s. I remember he was in the search for a real one not so long ago, I wonder if he succeeded.

If you have 8-15k, you can get a very nice B3 and Leslie. :)
