Hey ProCollabers! It's that eerie time of year again and we have just the thing for you!
Today we are very excited to announce our 2021 Haunted Halloween Song Challenge! :-)
Criteria Below:
1) Create an original, 100% written, recorded and produced song using one of the ten song titles below:
Blood Tears
Creepy Crawler
Dark Matter
Dead Man's Shuffle
Fun House Freak
Ghost Ship
Halloween Heartbreak
Psycho Phil
Skeleton Crew
Tainted Tonic
2) Your song must include lyrics and vocals that tie to your song title choice. No instrumental or spoken word projects.
3) Your project and completed song must include at least two ProCollabs collaborators. Solo projects are not eligible.
4) Your project must be a ‘Public’ project so that the community can listen to your creations along the way.
5) Your cover art must include the colors black, orange and purple in it.
6) Songs must be completed and published to the ProCollabs Music Store no later than 11:59pm (EST) on October, 30th 2021.
Everyone who completes the challenge gets a new profile badge and a $10.00 ProCollabs credit, good for renewals, upgrades, etc.
Please Note: If you submit your song after the deadline, you won’t be eligible for the PC credit or Grammy – No Exceptions!
It would be great to see you all get involved, so make sure to reach out to other members, send invites, etc.

1.) Would an entry be disqualified for using "Skeleton Krew" instead of "Skeleton Crew?"
2.) Can spoken word elements be included as long as they are part of a song with lyrics and melodious vocals?
I realize the point of this challenge is to have fun and encourage collaboration, but I'm curious to know if there's any wiggle room.

Both of these would be acceptable, Ryan. ;-)
Intentional mispellings are fine, as is making a title plural.
Spoken words within a song with a lyrical melody is fine as well.
