In the black Menu bar at the top of the page, the drop down menu for the user would be cool if we could have a link to our projects page, after all that's the business side.

So like this

Dashboard
Projects
Mail
My Downloads
Account
Logout

Projects were added to the dropdown. :)

The menu appearing when the mouse goes over it is a bit more complex, so we'll put it on the do-do list.
