I was messing around with Funds & Accounts because I wanted to be ready for my next Work for Hire. I just wanted to see if I could do it, but I am still having problems adding money to my account. I can't figure out how to put in anything over 2 digits. Or it won't allow me to put in anything over two digits. Which means I would have to pay for more invoices than I actually need. For instance, if I wanted $100, I would have to do an invoice for $90, then an invoice for $10, which would cost me $2 for 2 invoices instead of just $1 for 1 invoice. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Shannon. I just tried and works fine for me for $100+ .. So, you are on the "Account" page (not the "Funds" page), you go down to the various items list and try to add item #500, which is "Cash Deposit", but it is only letting you type a maximum of "99". Is that right?
Can you tell us what browser you are using? And maybe try in another one just to see. I use Chrome, which works fine for me. If you are still having a problem, can you send a screenshot to support@procollabs.com and we'll dig into it.
Btw. You mentioned the cost. Are you referring to PayPal charges for transferring money?
Cheers!

I am using Chrome. I won't be able to screen shot until Wed, so I'll get back to it then. I don't think I was on the page that does Paypal, I was on the page before that that lists all the services, just trying to get the #500. But yes, I was thinking about PayPal when I was trying to figure things out. & yes, I wanted to make sure I knew how to get the money into my ProCollabs account. Does that help, or make things more confusing?
Thanks for getting back to me. I'll restart the conversation Wed, but I wanted to answer you the best I could. Happy Easter, Lee!

Hi Shannon.
Ok, so if you can create the invoice on the "Account" page, and make it for $100+ then you should be good. But let us know if you can't do that or if there is a problem.
Happy Easter!
