I received an email from ProCollabs awhile back and cannot find it. It mentioned renewal and something about wiping out files and projects if you failed to renew. Since I couldn't find the email, I tried to find information about it here. Can anyone shed some light on what happens if you don't renew on time?

Membership is renewable on an annual basis, so active members who want to stay active need to renew. For members who are vacant and don't renew (either free or paid), their accounts get downgraded to 'listener' status and all projects and files under their account get deleted.
To answer your question, if you don't renew 'on-time', you'll get another follow-up email reminder ;)
