Can only members see our portfolio? How does a visitor see or hear anything? Is a visitor just a member incognito? How do I share to outsiders who may not want to be members? Why am I unable to send links to my portfolio when there is clearly a link for my portfolio?

Everyone, including the public, can see your portfolio. You can hide certain parts of your portfolio by choosing the privacy option in your settings. Otherwise, the public can see everything. And yes, you can send the link to your portfolio to everyone, including non-members.

So a person can log in without being a member, simply by providing an e-mail and a password? I sent the link to my husband to test it, & he got "you cannot be here unless you are logged in." And I've seen that message several times myself for the Music Library.....

No, a person cannot 'log in' unless they are a member - but they can see/hear your portfolio. If you send a person a link to your portfolio or profile, they can see it.

How do we get to our settings? I want to make sure I don't have any weird privacy set that I don't realize. Could it be a browser problem on his end?

Aha, I think I know what you're doing. When you are logged in, if you copy the url to your portfolio, you will see https://www.procollabs.com/dashboard/portfolio

That is why we have a 'My Unique Profile' Button on our dashboard - click it and you will see http://www.ProCollabs.com/artist/ShannonB - that is the link you need to send others.

Let me know if that was the prob.

The link lead him to the Community Page. It showed up as the correct link, but when he clicked it, it took him to the community page instead of my portfolio........

I just clicked on your 'my unique profile' button then I copied the link - I signed out, and went to the link - it took me to your profile.
