I'm new here and just trying to understand how things work here...one question i have when someone accepts a track (for example lead guitar) should they remove from 'talent needed'
The first audition i uploaded needed guitar but after uploading got mail saying thanks but already using another person's track
a bit confusing

Hi Ian, welcome to the site. :)

Yes, the project manager is responsible for removing the 'talents needed' once they accept that specific talent(s). Unfortunately, there are cases when a project manager neglects to do so - leading to the situation that you described. With that said, so we strongly encourage project managers to maintain their projects.

Yep i thought that may be the case...i wondered if the project manager 'collects' a bunch of ideas and later decides on what to use.
Does that happen as well?

I'm sure that may happen on occasion - but I think the main reason might be that they forget to remove the talent needed.
