It seems alot of people are posting tracks requesting talent but with no information on bpm. it's ok if there are already drums and semi complete but some are just a vocal track or vocals plus guitar etc
It's impossible to import in recording program and sync to bars especially if what is requested is drum programming

Yeah, that can be a bit confusing. It's kind of similar to what I mentioned in the other post about project maintenance. There is a section on every project page where the project manager can put in the BPM/Tempo/Chords, etc... However, that is sometimes overlooked and not used.

Here's a helpful site that can *usually* figure out the correct tempo & key signature for you: https://www.audiokeychain.com/

Sometimes it could be that it's just an idea that is posted and a tempo isn't fixed, so there can be a lot of back and forth in discussions about your own ideas and suggestions. Typically, original postings also get replaced with updated and improved versions of the tracks, once the other instruments start to come in. So, if you were to post a drum track at a fixed tempo, that could then be used as the anchor for all the other parts to re-record. Best approach is always to openly communicate. Or if you need something specific, then to ask.
