I'm trying to close a project as it's all finished but this message comes up
"You need to identify the production tracks for this project. Production tracks are those tracks that have been used in the mixing and mastering of this project to produce the completed sound recording."
but I can't for the life of me find this section where you are meant to do this. Any ideas?
Paul.

Hey Paul.
See the individual projects tracks on the project page. You will see a little grey mixer icon. Click that and you will mark the track as being part of the final product and they will be included in the project's archive (you'll also see them being referred to as 'production ready'.
Hope that helps!

OK, I think i've done it. I've uploaded the finished mastered track and now it is pending approval by a fellow collaborator. Will it be featured on the site after that?

Hi Paul,
Once all collaborators approve, you can then complete the final steps and publish the song to the ProCollabs store. ;-)

Waiting on collaborators can be the tough part. Be patient; even though you may think it's finished, leaving it open gives opportunity for it to get better. If for some reason you can't get your collaborators to close, you may be able to get their permission to share the song on other platforms, like SoundCloud or YouTube. While neither of these are money-making ventures, you might be able to use them for exposure :)

Haha..... I closed a project down last year and am still waiting on some collaborators to respond, I’ve messaged them but I think they have left (although I know one of them has a genuine reason for not being around)...........
It’s all part of the fun I guess............it was the record for the highest number of collaborators, so I’m just going for the record for the longest time to close a project as well :))

Hi Paul. From your post I think were hoping to have the song featured in the store? I just checked and didn't see it there. If you want it to display in the store you have to make it downloadable and set a license/price. If you don't do that, it will only show up on your profile portfolio.
