Hi. I just bought an add on for concurrent number of open projects. The money has been taken from my funds. Is there a 24hr waiting period before I can start a new project? Or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!

Hi Shannon - you should be able to start a new project. Are you getting an error message? Or is it still taking you to the 'upgrade membership' page?

I think the second one. Project concurrency reached.

In your 'Account' section, do you see - +1 Concurrent project? If not, try a hard refresh by holding down the control & F5 key. Then try to start a project. If that doesn't work, then I will look into it further. :)

It is showing +1 Concurrent projects, then I click "start a project" & it takes me to project concurrency limit reached. Don't worry about it, tonight, though. :) It's getting late & you should be enjoying your evening. :) You guys are awesome! Thanks for always being on it!

Hey Shannon. I see what happened. A little confusing, but.. you have a free account (Basic) which allows you up to two concurrent projects. Currently, you have three open projects. Hence, when you paid for an additional concurrent project, that new project allocation was already used up.
The reason this happened, in your case, is due to you having had 3 open projects at the time you were a premium member. When you recently downgraded your account (meaning you were then only entitled to two concurrent projects) the additional project that was in your account didn't just get deleted. Instead, we allow the extra projects to be completed first, before applying the restriction.
I see that you do have one project in a 'closed' status. Once you complete that project, you will have one free.
So again, based on your current membership, you are given two free concurrent projects. You have brought one extra concurrent project and so you can now have three open projects at any one time. Currently, that quota has been filled.
Hope that makes sense?!
