I'm trying to download from the Music Store my own song.  I want a copy because somebody else mixed it and once you publish the song I don't see a way to get back to project page.  I received an indcation that 2 emails would be sent to me, however I never received them.  I check junk email folder, but I don't see them there.   Any thougths why this isn't working?

Did you download while logged in as yourself? You wont get notification emails on your own actions.

If you're signed in, and download your own song, you will not recieve a notification.  However, if you are logged out, then download your song, you will recieve a notification. 

I am going to log out of my account, then download your song.  Let me know if you recieve a notification - should be an email.

Hi Paul. Bit confused. If you are marked as sound recording owner and you can go to the song's store page, then you should be able to see a button that says 'download master'. If you click on that, you should then be able to download the track.

What song is it? And what buttons do you see on the song's store page?

I have not receved any emails.  I've checked my junk folders as well.  I also tried to logout on my end, but still no email, and no link to the download.

I just downloaded your song again, I didn't have any problems.   Sorry you're still having this problem, we're going to keep looking into it. 

In the meantime, can you please try using a different browser to download the song, and letting us know if it works?

Hi Paul. Not sure if you are receiving the emails now, but we have checked the logs and it shows that emails where sent to your address over the last couple of days. Emails are sent called  via a 3rd party "Sendgrid" so should be very reliable; so if you did not receive then there is a small chance that they were having an issue at that moment, but that said, it is more likely to have been delayed, rather than not sent.

I have also tested by downloading a track from the store and did receive all the relevent emails (I used an email other than my main account email). So the process seems to be working fine. Just the question of where emails may have vanished to after having been sent out. There is a slim chance that they could be blocked by your mail provider, but as you said, would then typically show up as spam. 

Do you receive notification emails from the site otherwise? Like now, for this forum post reponse?

Meantime, as I had mentioned, you should be able to just download the track from the store directly (without the need to "purchase" it).

I figured out what happened. I made a rule to move all my procollabs email to a specific folder, because of all the noise, but didn't realize that this email would also be redirected there. Once I found the email, I was able to download my song. Apologize for the fire drill. Also thanks for the info about downloading directly, I didn't see that option before.
