Hi Guys,
This is a minor issue, but I'm still trying to figure out what's going on. The last song I submitted to the Music Store (Becoming The Storm) is showing the waveform in a tiny line. This was professionally mastered and should show as such in the wave form. I'll attach pics showing that song vs. every other song I've submitted there. Using the same equipment and nothing has changed on my side.

On second thought, having a pain in the ass time trying to attach a screenshot here and getting it to work. Just compare the two songs "Becoming The Storm & Dusk To Night"

Just had a listen and agree that the waveform looks to be a bit off compared to your other tracks. Good news is the sound appears to be just fine. I wonder if the upload was corrupted and if simply replacing the master might fix this? Let's wait for Lee to chime in on this one before proceeding. ;-)

Thanks Drew, yeah, sound-wise it sounds like it should, it's just the waveform image. I tried uploading a new version of it with a slightly differently mastered file, but nothing changed. I'll be interested to see what Lee says.

Well, not sure. It seems to be working, as in, there is a wave form image, just different compared to the others for sure.
Interesting fact, we recently changed the software that does the wave forms, but that was a couple weeks back and I can see others look fine so not sure that's a factor.
Would be interested, as Drew suggested, if you load the track up in a DAW and compare with another track to see if the master is just quieter?
When I get a chance, I'll dig a little more if the that doesn't happen to be the case.

I just double-checked the WAV and it has an average LUFS of -11.49/LC & -11.80/RC. Not squashed to hell, but also should be showing as the others. I have other releases in the store in that range that show as one would expect.
