Basically, they've compiled a list of music blogs that are accepting submissions. One of the best ways to get your music heard is through music blogs, so this may be beneficial to some of you.
Please note: I have no experience with this site, nor have I submitted my music to any of the music blogs. Just wanted to pass along the info. :)
