Well done everyone! What a close call, but Halloween Obscene just pulled ahead by a black cat's whisker. So congratulations to team #1 - GoodVibes, Vuya1, and Xan.
Prizes will be going out to everyone who participated as a thank you. So with that said, could ALL participants of the challenge go ahead and send us a physical mailing address as soon as possible to support@procollabs.com.
Well, it certainly was a challenge. All the way up until the last moment! But isn't that the nature of collaboration?
Like any project, there are some factors that need to be considered and carefully thought out, particularly when working toward a strict deadline. And the online collaboration process presents particular challenges around communications and time management too. To help us all learn something from your recent experiences, we'd love to hear from all of the team members and would appreciate if you could share your own thoughts and views with everyone by responding to this post and the questions below:
1) What did you learn from this collaboration?
2) What would you do differently next time?
3) What advice would you give to new members about the collaboration process?
4) How can ProCollabs better help out? E.g. what tools or features could help collaborators work more effectively together?
Thanks again to everyone for participating and making it such an exciting event to follow. The results are outstanding and you can rest assured that we will be sleeping with one eye open tonight! Also, you've all been awarded a ProCollabs Grammy for your efforts too, as you're all winners in our eyes :)

1) Pay close attention to the judgment criteria.
2) Create some project milestones or due by dates to make sure you meet the deadline.
3) The earlier you get involved in the process, the more freedom there is to express your creativity.
4) The Boardroom is a great new feature. It would also be nice to send mail to more than one person.

1) Sounds obvious but communicating with each other is key; our best ideas came as a consequence of our (online) conversations. But, non communication resulted in a misunderstanding.
2) Allow a day before the deadline to account for different time zones at project approval and completion.
3) The more involved you get, the more you will get out of it.
4) The ability to send mails to multiple people would be great (as Ryan said).

1) Don't have 3 teenagers in the house at the same time!
2) Don't have a laptop that decides it's time to die in the middle of a project....argh...
