I was looking at drum talent, perhaps to solict one.  I searched on talent, but when I go to the results and click on a drummer, then hit back, it doesn't return to my search results.  I want click on each drummer and hear what they have published, but the way it's working for me now is that I have to redo the search each time.

Am I doing this right?  Does this work for others?

I've tried chrome and edge now, with the same results.  I'm on win10.

Thanks for any advice - Paul

Hey, Paul. I just tried it now and have the same result.

Unfortunately, that is how it is working for the moment. Long story short, I think this must have became an issue long-time back when we introduced the continuous player. You're the first one to mention it though. Thanks for bringing it up. Hopefully we can make some improvements on that in future updates. I can see how it would be a bit of a pain for the purpose.

A work around for now would be to right click the artist and open in a new tab, that way your search will remain on the other tab.

That's a great idea Andrew!

Just made a few tweaks to the back button too, which should work now for the artist search page at least (browser cache will need to refresh to see a change). May or may not be ideal but hopefully works a bit better for the moment. May be a bit slow due to the size of the list when you do a search! Also might have inadvertently broken to site. But, what's life without some risk. Let us know if anyone notices anything suddenly not working.

Nah, we blame Andrew for any site mishaps.  ;)

Hahaha................that sounds to me like a resigned acceptance that you can do nothing about Andrew :-)

I does work ok, but sometimes it still skips. Not sure what steps are yet, but I can try to track that down if you think it's important. And the open in new tab is a decent work around.

As my main goal was to find talent, I'm not having much success so far. Is there a blog or FAQ somewhere about the best way to find and recruit talent?

Thanks - Paul

Hi Paul, I'll put something together for you on ways to go about "finding talent" a bit later on today :-)

In the interim, the FAQ's are here:

https://www.procollabs.com/faq

There are also some tutorials here, although not specically on the subject, but will help give you an overview of the site.
