I am a lifelong musician/songwriter. My first and main instrument is the guitar, and generally when I do collabs it is me providing the lead guitar, as well as often mixing/producing. For the last decade I have been writing and recording music as part of an online music community. I work in Logic Pro. I have collabed with other like minded musician/writers/composers from around the world. My band, Sigmund's Strangedream, features Natalie S. on lead vocals, and Chris F. (rok41) on bass.

You can check out a lot of what I do at:

In addition to the guitar, I also play the piano and keys. I mix and master my own music, and many of the collabs I participate in. I do a lot of drum programming, but often will ask a live drummer to participate in a project as well.

I have been involved in online music making since 2009. In the music community I was in (and still am a member), the best years were 2010 - 2012. after that, membership has steadily declined as the site owners decided they didn't care about the site anymore, and basically all but abandoned it. Nothing will kill a vibrant community more quickly than to require new members to be approved by the site owner before they can be an active part of the community, but there is no one at the helm to do the approving. Basically the site went sterile lol.

I came here looking for something new and different. I'm looking forward to meeting new like minded artists like myself, who are striving to be the best they can be. I enjoy creating music, or maybe just adding guitar parts to a friend's project, or - maybe a final mix or master. I'd also like to see what my fellow ProCollabers can do with some of my unfinished works that are just crying out for other's valuable input.

Before asking me to participate in a project, I'd suggest checking out some of my work from the above site, to be sure that we are a fit to your ears. I want my style and skills to work for you, and if we work together I promise you I will give you my best - but know how I play and what I'm capable of. If my style doesn't work for you, you'll know by listening to earlier finished work. If you are interested I will happily point out the right material to listen to for your needs.

That goes both ways, btw. I would prefer to get to know you before we work together, and I'll show you the same courtesy you show me.

I'm excited about to what lies ahead here at ProCollabs, and look forward to meeting and working with you here!
