I am looking for a piano player or multi-instrumentalist. I am wanting to write a play/musical about a famous industrialist from the early 1900's in Michigan/New York/France. I want to re-write public domain songs from the era 1905-1929. I also want to write a few originals. The play/musical will be a farce with a serious message about the man's behavior during his life time, contrasting to what is happening today. This project would be a 50/50 split if we could get it made. The person was/is famous, he was a turd and his story is ripe for a farcical tribute. I would like to be the main lyricist. You do the main songwriting with my input. I have the outline of the play and 6-10 songs from the era that might be usable? I am a member of ascap.
